Health Careers Academy in collaboration with the Jim Kelley Career Pathway Center

The Health Careers Academy is a collaborative partnership between IU Fort Wayne and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fort Wayne, designed to inspire middle and high school students to explore careers in healthcare. Through interactive, hands-on sessions led by IU Fort Wayne faculty and students, participants gain meaningful exposure to the health professions while developing skills and confidence for future career pathways.

This collaborative program for high school students offers hands-on, real-world experiences across a wide range of health professions. You’ll explore in-demand careers, gain practical insight, and discover which areas of health inspire you most.
