Biography

Jon Vanator currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for IU Health’s Northeast Region. Vanator Joined IU Health in 2013, and has held several roles within the organization including VP of Revenue Cycle Services, regional CFO, and President of IU Health Jay Hospital.

Prior to joining IU Health, Vanator served the State of Indiana as Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources, and later as Deputy Director of the State Budget Agency. He also currently serves on the boards of several local not-for-profits.

Vanator is a graduate of Bethel University, and earned his master’s degree at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va.

Away from work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and three boys.
