Biography

Austin Bradtmueller is the Executive Director of Christian Community Health Care (CCHC), a free primary and urgent care ministry serving six counties across northeast Indiana and parts of Ohio and Michigan. Since joining the organization in 2021, Austin has led CCHC through a season of revitalization and growth — strengthening operations, expanding partnerships, and advancing a long-term vision to make Christ-centered healthcare accessible to all.

 Under his leadership, CCHC has expanded from its original Grabill clinic to launch a second site in downtown Fort Wayne in partnership with Headwaters Church. He has overseen key organizational initiatives including the formation of new board committees, implementation of a donor engagement system, and the development of sustainable community and church partnerships. His strategic direction has positioned CCHC for continued growth while maintaining its deeply relational, faith-driven approach to care.

Austin’s leadership centers on a simple but profound mission: to share the truth, love, and compassion of Jesus Christ through quality healthcare. That focus has made CCHC not only a place of healing but also a model of community-based ministry where patients, volunteers, and partners experience God’s presence in tangible ways.

Austin holds a bachelor’s degree from Grace College and Theological Seminary and has completed leadership development programs through Leader in Field Training at Lake Ann Camp and the Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana Leadership Institute. He also serves on impact teams for Love Fort Wayne, specifically Love Our Families and Love Our Leaders, collaborating with other local organizations to strengthen families and equip community leaders.

In addition to his service on the Indiana University Fort Wayne Advisory Board, Austin continues to advocate for a sustainable, replicable model of free healthcare that empowers local communities to love their neighbors well and build healthier futures.
