Biography

Carlie Sims is an adjunct faculty member of the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health at the IU Fort Wayne campus. Carlie also works at Parkview Health as a co-worker experience specialist. She has been with Parkview since 2009.

In her current role, Carlie collaborates with identified leaders and departments on co-worker retention and engagement initiatives. Previously, Carlie played a pivotal role as an organizational development specialist, creating and facilitating both internal and external individualized training and team-building. As a dedicated healthcare professional, Carlie’s expertise and leadership in this area have been instrumental in highlighting the importance of culture within an organization.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with health services administration emphasis at Indiana University Fort Wayne (IPFW) in 2011 and her Master of Business Administration with health care specialization at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2015.
