Request to maintain your scholarship

We understand that there can be circumstances in life that don't always go the way you plan. If you have extenuating circumstances that resulted in a scholarship being revoked, you are invited to request that the decision to have your award be re-reviewed. Please complete the form below and your appeal will be reviewed by University officials. Once submitted, your appeal will be reviewed within 10 business days.
